Mozilla Stuffs Virtual Reality into Main Firefox Builds

Though Firefox's virtual reality setup only works with the Oculus Rift right now, integrating WebVR into Firefox's official release channels will hopefully allow Mozilla to speed up support for Google Cardboard as well.
