SOTU: Obama Talks Broadband Deal With Apple, Verizon

President Obama's 2014 State of the Union was not as tech-heavy as it has been in years past, but he did stress the need for high-tech manufacturing jobs, and announced a deal with Apple, Microsoft, Sprint, and Verizon to expand access to high-speed broadband in schools.
