The Paprika Mac app lets you clip tasty recipes from the Web, write your own recipes, plan meals, save shopping lists, and sync all this data to a mobile app. But considering there are plenty of ways to organize recipes for free, it's hard to justify the $19.99 price and then pay extra for a mobile app, too.
